Jeff Butler is an author and workplace strategist who explores human behavior within the working world. His experience spans over 40 industries in 4 continents on how different cultures and employees interact with each other.
He studies common threads of behavior in industries such as IT professionals, underground utility workers, police officers to clothing retail chains. In addition, Jeff has also worked with companies like Google, Amazon, John Deere and Coldwell Banker. As a researcher and practitioner, he also runs a consulting company and a tech company, TrinityFix where he is able to test his ideas in different workplace environments. His ideas have made it to TEDx twice, appeared in dozens of media outlets including two books on human behavior:- The Authentic Workplace and The Key To The New You . Currently, he lives in Dallas, Texas as an out of place Californian.

Prior to starting his coaching practice, for over 20 years, he was a sales and business development executive, and leadership coach, for the Arbinger Institute, and Crucial Learning, both world renowned organizations in the area of leadership and organization performance. He coached business owners, executives and other leaders, in a variety of industries, as a part of these roles.
During his career he has held manager and executive roles in sales, business development, marketing and operations. Mike is also an entrepreneur and business owner. He founded/co-founded multiple successful small businesses including; healthcare learning company, pizza restaurant, music business, real estate business and coaching practice.
Clients recognize Mike for his deep coaching from the inside out, and ability to elicit insight and unlock the genius within them. He is able to help clients reach breakthroughs and transform areas that have been holding them back. Meet Jen McAllister, the fearless leader of Rise CPA & Accountants.
Jen has spent her life seeking after knowledge. She graduated with a bachelor’s in business management, a few years later decided to get a bachelor’s in accounting. With an ever-growing family she continued her education and accomplished an MBA on the weekends, followed by months of grueling studying and passing of the CPA exams in 2014.
Jen has worked with a variety of businesses from: e-commerce, medical offices, technology, retail, government, dairy farming and others. She is passionate about helping others RISE, including the team of wonderful strong, smart women; the respected clients; and is always looking for ways to help others rise to their full potential.
As if running and growing a business isn’t time-consuming enough, she also hosts a podcast 5 days per week called “Just Figure It Out”. She is a founder of a website to help Seniors rise, called BoomerCentral.com. She and her husband also invest in multi-family real estate.

Mike Mendenhall is the current Mayor of Spanish Fork City. He is basically the coolest Mayor of all time. He leads with compassion, grace, integrity and purpose, and never backs down in the face of a challenge. Mike loves his wife Amber Mendenhall like they just recently got married (even though they have been married for a long time I think), and he’s a passionate family man and golfer. Mike owns an Edward Jones Financial firm on Main Street in Spanish Fork, and somehow finds the time to do all of this - VERY well.
